How to verify your email address and what to do if you don't receive the verification email

Email Verification

After signing up with your email address, you'll need to verify it before accessing all features.

How Verification Works

  • When you sign up, we send an email to your address
  • Open the email from ClapDiet
  • Click the Verify Email button
  • You'll be redirected to ClapDiet with a confirmation message
  • The verification link is valid for 24 hours.

    Didn't Get the Email?

    Here's what to try:

    Check Your Spam Folder

    Verification emails sometimes end up in spam. Look for an email from noreply@clapdiet.com.

    Add Us to Your Contacts

    Add noreply@clapdiet.com to your contacts to prevent future emails from going to spam.

    Resend the Verification Email

  • Go to the ClapDiet login page
  • Try to log in with your email and password
  • You'll see a message about verification
  • Click Resend Verification Email
  • Check for Typos

    Make sure you entered your email correctly during signup. If you made a typo, you'll need to create a new account with the correct email.

    Verification Link Expired?

    If more than 24 hours have passed:

  • Log in to ClapDiet
  • Request a new verification email from your account settings
  • Click the new link
