Lost 2FA Access

If you can't access your authenticator app or phone:

  • Use a backup code (you received these when setting up 2FA)
  • If you don't have backup codes, contact support
  • Email Not Working

If you no longer have access to your email:

  • Contact support
  • We'll verify your identity through alternative methods
  • This process takes 24-48 hours
  • Account Locked

Your account may be temporarily locked after multiple failed login attempts:

  • Wait 15 minutes and try again
  • Make sure caps lock is off
  • Try the password reset option
  • Identity Verification

When recovering an account without email or 2FA access, we may ask for:

  • Information from your profile (date of birth, etc.)
  • Recent activity details
  • Payment information (last 4 digits of card, if applicable)
  • Any previous email addresses used
  • This protects your account from unauthorized access.
