Data not appearing across devices? Here's how to fix it.
Quick Fixes
Try these first (they solve most issues):
1. Pull to Refresh
On any screen, pull down to force a sync.
2. Check Internet
WiFi or cellular connected?
Try opening a webpage
Airplane mode off?
3. Force Close and Reopen
Close the app completely
Wait 10 seconds
Reopen
4. Sign Out and In
Go to Settings > Account
Tap Sign Out
Sign back in
Wait for sync to complete

Data Missing on New Device
Just signed in on a new device?
Ensure you're using the correct account

Made changes on Device A, not showing on Device B?
On Device A:
- Check for sync icon (uploading)
- Wait for it to complete
- Force refresh
On Device B:

Sync Stuck
Sync seems to be running forever?
Check internet speed
Large data sets take time
Wait 5 minutes

Sync Conflict
Same item edited on multiple devices?
ClapDiet usually resolves automatically (most recent wins).
If prompted to choose:
Review both versions
Select the one to keep
