Standard Mode

Standard mode is for general wellness and balanced nutrition tracking.

Overview

  • General health maintenance
  • Weight management
  • Beginners to nutrition tracking
  • Anyone without specialized diet needs
  • Included in: Free and Premium plans

    What You Track

    Primary Metrics

  • Calories: Daily energy intake
  • Protein: For muscle and satiety
  • Carbohydrates: Energy source
  • Fat: Essential nutrients and energy
  • Fiber: Digestive health
  • Secondary Metrics

  • Key vitamins (D, B12, etc.)
  • Essential minerals (iron, calcium, etc.)
  • Hydration
  • Daily Targets

    Default targets are based on:

  • Your age, sex, height, weight
  • Activity level
  • Weight goals (lose/maintain/gain)
  • Sample Targets (2000 cal diet)

    Customizing Standard Mode

    Adjust Calorie Target

  • Go to Settings > Nutrition Goals
  • Set your calorie target
  • Macros adjust proportionally
  • Set Macro Ratios

  • Go to Settings > Nutrition Goals
  • Choose a ratio:
  • - Balanced (50/30/20)

    - High Protein (40/30/30)

    - Low Fat (55/30/15)

    - Custom

    Add Focus Nutrients

  • Go to Settings > Nutrition Priorities
  • Add nutrients you want to track closely
  • They'll appear prominently
  • When to Use Standard Mode

    ✅ You're new to nutrition tracking

    ✅ You don't have specific dietary restrictions

    ✅ You want simple, balanced tracking

    ✅ You're focusing on calories and macros

    When to Consider Other Modes

    🔄 You have high blood pressure → Try DASH mode

    🔄 You're doing keto → Try Keto mode

    🔄 You're very active → Try Sports Hydration mode

    🔄 You have kidney stones → Try Kidney Stone mode

    🔄 You practice intermittent fasting → Try Fasting mode
