You can change your diet mode anytime. Here's how it works.

How to Switch Modes

  • Go to Settings > Diet Mode
  • Browse available modes
  • Select your new mode
  • Read the overview
  • Tap Switch to [Mode]
  • Confirm the change
  • What Happens to Your Data?

    Your Data Is Preserved

  • All food logs remain
  • All nutrient data stays
  • Lab results are unchanged
  • History is intact
  • What Changes

  • Dashboard layout updates
  • Priority nutrients change
  • Recommendations adjust
  • Goals may update
  • Mode-Specific Data

  • Fasting timers reset
  • Keto carb budgets reset
  • Sodium budgets reset
  • New targets take effect

    Free User → Premium Mode

    You'll need to upgrade:

  • Attempt to switch to premium mode
  • See upgrade prompt
  • Start trial or subscribe
  • Mode activates
  • Premium → Free Tier

    If you downgrade:

  • Mode reverts to Standard
  • Your data is preserved
  • Premium features become unavailable
  • Mode A → Mode B

    Immediate switch:

  • New tracking starts now
  • Old data remains accessible
  • Historical reports show previous mode

    Review Your New Mode

    Before switching:

  • Read what it tracks
  • Understand the targets
  • Know the recommendations
  • Complete Current Tracking

    Consider:

  • Finishing the day in current mode
  • Starting new mode tomorrow

    After switching:

  • Check your health conditions
