Navigating Your Dashboard

The dashboard is your home base in ClapDiet. Here's a quick tour of what you'll find.

Dashboard Overview

When you log in, you'll see your personalized dashboard with:

Quick Stats

  • Today's calories: Your intake vs. target
  • Macros: Protein, carbs, and fat breakdown
  • Key nutrients: Based on your goals and lab results
  • Hydration: Water intake tracking
  • Streak: Your consistency tracking
  • Recent Activity

  • Foods you've logged today
  • Recent lab results and insights
  • Upcoming meal suggestions
  • Action Buttons

  • Log Food: Quickly add meals and snacks
  • Log Water: Track hydration
  • View Labs: Check your latest results
  • Get Recommendations: AI-powered food suggestions
  • Main Navigation

    On Desktop

    The left sidebar contains:

  • Dashboard: Your home screen
  • Foods: Search and browse the food database
  • Labs: Upload and view lab results
  • Meals: Meal plans and recipes

    Use the bottom navigation bar:

    Reorder Widgets

  • Click the Customize button (gear icon)
  • Drag widgets to rearrange them
  • Toggle widgets on/off
  • Click Save Layout
  • Dark Mode

  • Click your profile picture
  • Go to Settings > Appearance
  • Choose Light, Dark, or System
  • Quick Actions

    Learn these shortcuts:

  • + button: Opens quick log menu
  • Double-tap food: Add to today's log
  • Swipe right on log: Remove item
