How to Start Your Free Trial

Create a free account if you haven't already

Go to Settings > Subscription

Click Start Free Trial

Enter your payment method (you won't be charged during the trial)

Enjoy 14 days of Premium!

When Will I Be Charged?

You won't be charged during the 14-day trial period

On day 15, your subscription will automatically renew

You'll be charged the plan price you selected (monthly or annual)

Can I Cancel During the Trial?

Yes! You can cancel anytime during the trial:

Go to Settings > Subscription

Click Cancel Subscription

Choose Cancel Trial

If you cancel before the trial ends:

You won't be charged

You'll keep Premium access until the trial expires

You can restart a trial later (one trial per account)

If You Continue

You'll be charged automatically

You'll keep all your data and settings

Premium features remain available

If You Cancel or Don't Subscribe

You'll revert to the free plan

Premium features become unavailable

You can still log food and track basic nutrition

Yes, we require a payment method to start the trial. This helps us prevent abuse and ensures a smooth transition if you continue.

Can I get another trial?

No, each account is limited to one free trial.

Can I switch plans during the trial?

Yes! You can switch between monthly and annual at any time. The new plan will take effect when the trial ends.

What if I forget to cancel?

You'll be charged on day 15. We send reminder emails on day 10 and day 13. You can also contact support within 48 hours for a refund.
