Try Pro or Family free for 14 days. Here's everything you need to know.

What's Included in the Free Trial?

During the trial you get everything the plan you chose includes. For Pro, that is everything on the Free plan plus:

✅ AI recommendations and health insights

✅ AI meal planning

✅ Photo food logging

✅ Priority email support

A Family trial adds the Family features on top: up to 6 member profiles, a shared family dashboard and shared meal planning.

How to Start Your Free Trial

Create a free account if you haven't already

Open the plans page, or go to Settings > Subscription and click Change Plan

Choose Pro or Family, monthly or yearly, and click Start Free Trial

Enter a payment card on the secure checkout page — you won't be charged during the trial

Click Subscribe and enjoy 14 days of premium features

The checkout page also accepts promotion codes.

Do I Need a Card?

Yes. Checkout asks for a payment card so your subscription can continue without interruption if you decide to keep it. Nothing is charged until the trial ends, and cancelling before then costs nothing.

When Will I Be Charged?

Nothing is charged during the 14-day trial

Three days before the trial ends, we email you a reminder

When the trial ends, the plan you chose (monthly or yearly) is charged to your card, and it renews from then on

Can I Cancel During the Trial?

Yes, at any time:

Go to Settings > Subscription

Click Cancel Subscription

Click Yes, Cancel

If you cancel before the trial ends:

You won't be charged

You keep the premium features until the trial expires

You can change your mind before it expires with Reactivate subscription

What Happens After the Trial?

If You Continue

Your card is charged and the subscription renews automatically

You keep all your data and settings

The premium features stay available

If You Cancel

You move to the Free plan when the trial expires

You keep all your data, your history and your health mode

The premium features become unavailable

You can still log food, scan barcodes and track your nutrients

FAQ

Can I switch plans during the trial?

Yes. Go to Settings > Subscription, click Change Plan, pick the plan and click Switch to this plan. Your trial keeps running, and you still aren't charged until it ends.

What if I forget to cancel?

Your card is charged when the trial ends. If that happens by mistake, contact support within 48 hours and we'll refund it.
