How to upgrade from Free to Premium or switch between plans

Ready for more features? Here's how to upgrade to Premium.

How to Upgrade

From the App/Website

  • Go to Settings > Subscription
  • Click Upgrade to Premium
  • Choose your plan (Monthly or Annual)
  • Enter your payment information
  • Click Subscribe
  • You'll get immediate access to all Premium features!

    From a Prompt

    You'll also see upgrade prompts when you try to use Premium features on a Free plan. Just click Upgrade on any of these prompts.

    Upgrading from Monthly to Annual

    Save 33% by switching to annual billing:

  • Go to Settings > Subscription
  • Click Switch to Annual
  • Confirm your choice
  • How it works:
  • We'll calculate a pro-rated credit for your remaining monthly time
  • That credit is applied to your annual subscription
  • You'll pay the difference (annual price minus credit)
  • Upgrading During a Trial

    If you're on a free trial and want to upgrade:

  • You can switch between monthly and annual plans
  • The change takes effect when your trial ends
  • You won't be charged until the trial expires

  • Immediate access to Premium features
  • All your existing data is preserved
  • No interruption to your tracking
  • Your diet mode preferences are kept
  • Receipt sent to your email

    Will I lose any data?

    No. All your food logs, lab results, and settings are kept.

    What if the charge fails?

    We'll notify you and retry. Your access continues for a few days while we try to process the payment.
