Found something broken? Help us fix it by reporting effectively.

Quick Bug Report

In-App

  • Go to Settings > Help & Support
  • Tap Report a Bug
  • Describe the issue
  • Include screenshot (optional)
  • Submit
  • This automatically includes device info and logs.

    Shake to Report (Mobile)

  • Enable in Settings > Help & Support
  • Shake your phone when bug occurs
  • Fill out the report
  • Submit instantly

    Include These Details

    What happened?

    Describe the problem clearly.

  • "The app crashed when I tried to log breakfast"
  • NOT "App doesn't work"
  • What did you expect?

    What should have happened instead?

    Steps to reproduce:
  • Step one I took
  • Step two I took
  • Then the bug happened
  • Screenshots/Video

    A picture is worth 1000 words. Show us:

  • Error messages
  • Unexpected behavior
  • Before/after states
  • When did it start?
  • First time ever?
  • After an update?
  • Random occurrence?
  • Device Information

    We collect this automatically, but if emailing:

  • Device (iPhone 15, Pixel 8, etc.)
  • OS version (iOS 17.2, Android 14)
  • App version (found in Settings)
  • Browser (if web)

    What Happens Next

  • Received: You get confirmation
  • Triaged: We review and prioritize
  • Investigated: Developer looks into it
  • Fixed: Bug is resolved
  • Released: Fix goes out in update
  • Closed: You're notified (if requested)
