ClapDiet does not send anything to a clinician for you. It gives you a report to
print and files to download, and you hand them over.
The clinician report
Open Clinician Report from the navigation
Choose the period for nutrition and vitals — the last 30 or 90 days
Click Print / save as PDF
The report is laid out for a consultation:
Your date of birth, sex, active conditions, medications and allergies
Medications and dietary interactions, with the guidance you were shown and what triggered it
Your latest lab panel, each result with its reference range, its flag, and the change since the panel before
Daily nutrition averages for the period — calories, protein, carbohydrate, fat, sodium
Tracked vitals — weight, blood pressure and blood glucose readings
It ends with a note that the data was entered and uploaded by you and that it
is not a diagnosis.
The same report opens from Settings > Privacy & Security with Open
printable clinician report.
The files
From Settings > Privacy & Security:
Lab results (CSV) — every result from every panel, for a spreadsheet
Download My Data — everything in your account as JSON, including panels and interpretations
Both are free on every plan.
What does not exist
There is no share link, no clinician login, and no way for a provider to
request access to your account. Nothing leaves your account unless you download
it and send it.
Before an appointment
Add your newest panel first, so the report's lab section is current
Print the report, or save it as a PDF and email it yourself
Note the questions the interpretation raised — the Health flags marked "Action recommended" are the ones to ask about
