Lab History & Trends

Track your health journey by monitoring how your lab values change over time.

Viewing Lab History

  • Go to Labs from the navigation
  • See all your uploaded lab results
  • Results are sorted by date (newest first)
  • Each entry shows:

  • Date of the lab
  • Lab provider (if entered)
  • Status overview (flags, improvements)
  • Trend Charts

    Accessing Trends

  • Click on any test name in your labs
  • Or go to Labs > Trends
  • Select the test you want to track
  • Reading the Chart

  • X-axis: Time (dates of your labs)
  • Y-axis: Test value
  • Shaded area: Normal reference range
  • Line: Your values over time
  • Trend Indicators

  • ↑ Green: Improving trend
  • ↓ Red: Worsening trend
  • → Gray: Stable
  • Comparing Labs

    Side-by-Side View

  • Go to Labs > Compare
  • Select two lab dates
  • See values side by side
  • Changes are highlighted
  • Delta Analysis

    For each test, see:

  • Absolute change (+5 mg/dL)
  • Percentage change (+15%)
  • Direction (improvement/decline)
  • Time between tests
  • Correlations

    With Diet

    If you've been logging food, we can show:

  • Nutrient intake trends vs. lab changes
  • Potential correlations (not causation!)
  • Insights like "Vitamin D intake increased; Vitamin D levels improved"
  • With Diet Mode

    Track how changing diet modes affects your labs over time.

  • Set a target value
  • Track progress toward your goal
  • Get notified when you reach it
  • Retest Reminders

    We'll remind you when it's time to retest:

  • Based on typical monitoring intervals

  • Exporting History

    Download your lab history:

  • Go to Labs > Export
  • Choose format (PDF or CSV)
  • Select date range
  • Download your data
  • Great for sharing with healthcare providers!

    Your lab history is private and encrypted. Only you can see it unless you explicitly share it.
