Customizing Recommendations

Fine-tune how ClapDiet suggests foods and meals to match your lifestyle.

Accessing Recommendation Settings

  • Go to Settings > Recommendations
  • Or from Meals > Generate Plan > Customize
  • Preference Categories

    Cuisine Preferences

    Select your favorite cuisines:

  • American, Mexican, Italian
  • Indian, Chinese, Japanese, Thai
  • Mediterranean, Middle Eastern
  • African, Caribbean
  • And many more!
  • How to set:
  • Go to Settings > Dietary Profile
  • Select Cuisine Preferences
  • Choose your favorites
  • Rank by preference
  • Dietary Restrictions

    #### Diet Types

  • Omnivore
  • Vegetarian
  • Vegan
  • Pescatarian
  • Flexitarian
  • #### Allergies

    Add food allergies:

  • We'll never recommend these foods
  • Includes cross-contamination warnings
