Meal planning helps you eat better, save time, and stick to your health goals. Here's how to get started.

Why Plan Meals?

  • Go to Meals from the main navigation
  • You'll see your current week's plan
  • Use tabs to switch between views

    See your meals laid out by day and meal type:

  • Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snacks
  • Navigate between weeks
  • Click any slot to add or change
  • List View

    See all planned meals as a simple list:

  • Grouped by day
  • Easy to scan

  • Adding Meals to Your Plan

    From the Calendar

  • Click an empty meal slot
  • Search for a food or recipe
  • Select it to add
  • Adjust portion if needed

  • Search for a food
  • Click Add to Meal Plan
  • Select the day and meal
  • Confirm
  • From Recommendations

  • View AI recommendations
  • Click Add to Plan
  • Choose when to eat it

    Moving Meals

  • Drag and drop between slots
  • Move between days
  • Swap meals easily
  • Removing Meals

  • Click the meal
  • Select Remove from Plan
  • Or drag to the trash icon
