Billing History & Invoices

View your payments and download invoices anytime.

Viewing Billing History

Go to Settings > Subscription

Scroll to Billing History

Each row shows:

The date of the payment

The amount charged, or, for an unpaid invoice, the amount due

The status: Paid, Due, Draft, Voided or Uncollectible

The table lists your most recent twelve invoices. Older ones are available through Manage Payment Methods, which opens Stripe's portal with your full invoice history.

Downloading Invoices

Find the payment in your billing history

Click Download

The invoice opens as a PDF

Invoice Details

Each invoice includes:

Invoice number

Date and billing period

Your billing name and address

The plan and amount

Payment method (last 4 digits)

Total amount

Updating Billing Information

To change the name or address printed on your invoices, contact support and tell us what the invoice should say. The change applies to future invoices; invoices already issued aren't altered.

Need an Invoice for Business?

Same route: contact support with your company name, address and VAT number, and future invoices will carry them.

In the Mobile App

Settings > Subscription on your phone shows the same billing history. Tapping an invoice opens it in your browser.
