How ClapDiet takes payment, and where to update your card.
Accepted Payment Methods
Payments are processed by Stripe. Checkout takes payment cards: Visa, Mastercard and the other card networks Stripe accepts in your country. Depending on your device and browser, the checkout page may also offer Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Adding or Changing Your Card
Cards are held by Stripe, not by ClapDiet, so they are managed in Stripe's secure customer portal:
The card marked as default in the portal is the one charged at each renewal. You must keep at least one card on file while you have an active subscription.
Updating a Card After a Failed Payment
If a renewal fails, we email you a link to update your card and retry the payment after 3, 5 and 7 days. Your access continues for a 14-day grace period while we retry. Updating the card through Manage Payment Methods is enough: the next retry uses it.
