Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with ClapDiet. Here's our refund policy.

Our Refund Philosophy

We believe in fair treatment. If you're not satisfied, we'll work with you to make it right.

Automatic Refund Eligibility

First-Time Subscribers

If you're a new Premium subscriber and not satisfied:

  • Request a refund within 7 days of your first payment
  • Full refund, no questions asked
  • Your account will revert to Free
  • Accidental Charges

    If you forgot to cancel after a trial or were charged by mistake:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of the charge
  • We'll issue a full refund
  • Technical Issues

    If you couldn't use Premium due to our technical problems:

  • Contact support with details
  • We'll refund or credit your account
  • How to Request a Refund

  • Contact support
  • Select "Billing & Refunds" as the topic
  • Include:
  • - Your account email

    - Date of the charge

    - Reason for the refund request

  • We'll respond within 24 hours
  • What's NOT Refundable

  • Subscriptions active for more than 7 days (first-time limit)
  • "Change of mind" after using Premium features
  • Charges more than 48 hours old (except first-time subscribers)
  • App Store / Google Play purchases (must request through those platforms)
  • App Store & Google Play

    If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play:

  • Refunds must be requested through Apple or Google
  • We cannot process refunds for in-app purchases
  • Request Apple refund
  • Request Google refund

    Partial Refunds

    In some cases, we may offer:

  • Pro-rated refunds for annual plans
  • Account credits instead of cash refunds
  • Extended trial periods
  • Preventing Future Charges

    After a refund:

  • Your subscription will be canceled
  • You won't be charged again
  • You can restart anytime with a new subscription
