Downgrading Your Plan

Need to reduce your subscription? Here's what to know.

Downgrade Options

From Annual to Monthly

Go to Settings > Subscription

Click Manage Plan

Select Switch to Monthly

The change takes effect at your next renewal date

Note: You'll keep annual access until your current period ends, then switch to monthly billing.

From Premium to Free

Go to Settings > Subscription

Click Cancel Subscription

Follow the prompts to confirm

What Happens When You Downgrade

You Keep:

All your food logs and history

Your profile and preferences

Any lab results you've uploaded

Your favorites and collections

Access to Standard mode

You Lose Access To:

Additional diet modes (Keto, DASH, etc.)

Unlimited lab uploads

AI-powered insights

Advanced nutrient tracking

Weekly meal plans

Priority support

Timing

Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period

You keep Premium access until then

No partial refunds for mid-period downgrades

Before You Downgrade

Consider:

Export your data: Download meal plans and insights you want to keep

Screenshot insights: AI insights won't be available on Free

Note your settings: Diet mode preferences will reset to Standard

Can I Upgrade Again Later?

Yes! You can upgrade back to Premium anytime:

You'll get immediate access

All your data will still be there

Your tracking history is preserved

Will I lose my lab results?

No, they're kept. But you won't be able to upload new ones beyond the 1/year Free limit.

What about my diet mode?

You'll be switched to Standard mode. Your settings are saved if you upgrade again.
