Track your water intake to stay properly hydrated for optimal health.

Why Track Hydration?

    Quick Log

  • On dashboard, find the water widget
  • Tap + to add a glass (8 oz / 250ml)
  • Tap again for more glasses
  • Custom Amount

  • Tap the water widget
  • Tap Custom
  • Enter exact amount
  • Choose unit (oz, ml, L)
  • From + Button

  • Tap the main + button
  • Select Log Water
  • Enter amount
  • Log
  • Daily Goal

    Default Goals

    Based on general guidelines:

  • Women: ~2.7L (91 oz)
  • Men: ~3.7L (125 oz)
  • Personalized Goals

    ClapDiet adjusts for:

  • Your body size
  • Activity level
  • Climate/weather
  • Diet mode (kidney stone mode = higher)
  • Adjusting Your Goal

  • Go to Settings > Nutrition Goals
  • Find Hydration
  • Set your daily target
  • What Counts?

    Counts Toward Goal

  • Water (plain or infused)
  • Herbal tea (non-caffeinated)
  • Sparkling water
  • Electrolyte drinks (sugar-free)
  • Partial Credit

  • Coffee and tea (hydrating but diuretic)
  • Milk
  • Juice (also has sugar)
  • Doesn't Count

  • Alcohol (dehydrating)
  • High-sugar drinks
  • Tracking Other Beverages

    Log non-water drinks in your food log:

  • They contribute to hydration
  • Also tracked for calories/nutrients
  • Appear in beverage category
  • Reminders

    Enable Reminders

  • Go to Settings > Notifications
  • Turn on Hydration Reminders
  • Set frequency (hourly, every 2 hours, etc.)
  • Set active hours
  • Smart Reminders

    With Premium:

  • More reminders on hot days
  • Adjust based on activity
  • Pause during sleep hours
