Most of what you eat, you eat again. ClapDiet is built around that: almost every shortcut below is a way of logging something you have logged before, without searching for it again.
Log something again in one tap
These appear on your dashboard, on Foods and on Meals, depending on where you are:
On Meals, each past entry has a re-log control that copies it to today.
Scan instead of typing
Scan & Recognize on the web has four tabs, and the phone has the same capabilities across its scanner screens:Nothing from a scan is logged until you confirm it, so a misread never lands silently in your day.
Save what you eat regularly
Set the serving once
When you log a food, the serving you choose is remembered as that food's serving next time you re-log it from a frequent or repeat chip. Getting it right the first time saves you every subsequent time.
Let ClapDiet remind you
Under Settings, Reminders lets you add a meal reminder, a water reminder, or your own custom reminder at any hour, in your timezone. On the phone, the meal and hydration reminders are switches in Notification Settings. Reminders are hour-granular: pick the hour, not the minute.
When you are in a hurry
Log the food and fix the serving later. An entry with an approximate serving still counts toward your streak, still moves your totals in the right direction, and can be corrected from Daily Summary on the phone in two taps.
