How the streak works
Your streak is the number of consecutive days you have logged at least one food, counted in your own timezone — so it rolls over at your midnight, not the server's.
Only food logging carries a streak. Water, weight and symptom entries are recorded, and they count toward the achievements that mention them, but they do not hold the streak up.
There are no streak freezes, on any plan.
The achievements
There are 18, in five groups. Each is worth points, shown on the achievement itself.
Logging — First Bite (your first food), Meal Tracker (10 foods), Food Journalist (50), Nutrition Expert (100). Streaks — Getting Started (3 days in a row), Week Warrior (7), Fortnight Fighter (14), Monthly Master (30). Exploration — Explorer (foods from 5 different categories), Adventurer (10 categories), Heart It (your first favorite), Favorites Collector (10 favorites). Nutrition — Protein Power (meet your protein goal on 5 days), Sodium Saver (stay under your sodium goal for 7 days), Fiber Champion (meet your fibre goal on 10 days). These are judged overnight from each day's finished totals, so they appear the following morning. Milestones — Planner (your first meal plan), Curator (your first food collection), All Set Up (complete your health profile).Achievements you have not unlocked yet show real partial progress — 7 of 10, not 0 — so you can see what is close.
Points and levels
Points come from unlocking achievements, and only from that. There is no per-action points table: logging a food does not itself pay points, but the logging achievements it advances do.Every 100 points is one level. You start at level 1 with 0 points, and Achievements shows your total, your level, and how many points are left to the next one.
Unlocking all 18 achievements is worth 655 points.
