Who Can See Your Data

Your ClapDiet data is private by default. Here's who can and can't see it.

By Default: Only You

When you create an account:

  • You can see all your data
  • No one else can see it
  • Not ClapDiet employees
  • Not other users
  • Not healthcare providers
  • ClapDiet Staff Access

    What Staff Can Access

  • Aggregate analytics: Total users, feature usage (no personal data)
  • Troubleshooting: With your explicit permission
  • Legal requirements: If legally compelled
  • What Staff Cannot Access

  • Your health data (labs, conditions)
  • Your food logs
  • Your personal information
  • Any data without permission
  • Support Cases

    When you contact support:

  • We may ask permission to view your account
  • You grant access for that support case only
  • Access is logged and audited
  • Revoked when issue is resolved
